Arielle Worona
Creative Executive and founder of Aliza Media, a social-first creative agency and production studio specializing in platform-native series and campaigns for brands, creators, and media companies. With nearly two decades of experience across television, digital, and social, her work and approach were recently profiled in Deadline.
She has developed, sold, and led original content for partners including Amazon, Disney, Meta (Instagram & Facebook), TikTok’s CapCut, Snapchat, and more—spanning both long-form series and high-performing short-form franchises. Previously, she served as SVP of Unscripted at Studio71 and Head of Development at Gordon Ramsay’s Studio Ramsay.
Her background as an unscripted executive on both the buyer and seller side (TLC, ABC Daytime, ITV Studios, 44 Blue, Keshet, World of Wonder, AwesomenessTV) gives her a 360° view of the ecosystem and a rare blend of TV-level creative with digital-native execution.
As an executive producer, idea generator, and relationship builder, Arielle draws from pop culture, fashion, food, music, and parenthood to create bingeable, social-first storytelling that engages Gen Z and millennial audiences and drives meaningful connection and growth.
